Introducing the MIDAS DM12 Analog Audio Mixing Console, a versatile and powerful solution designed for both live performances and studio recording. With its 8 MIDAS microphone preamplifiers, this console delivers exceptional audio quality and precise control over your sound.
Featuring 8 mono channels, each channel provides a balanced XLR microphone input, a balanced ¼" TRS line level input, and a ¼" TRS Insert. The gain control allows adjustment of the input signal from 10 to 60 dB (mic) and -10 to +40 dB (line), offering flexibility in capturing the perfect audio. The EQ treble, mid, and bass controls, along with the mid-sweep control, ensure precise tonal shaping.
Aux 1 and Aux 2 controls provide adjustment of the Auxiliary 1 and 2 outputs, while the pan control allows precise positioning of the mono channel in the mix. The PFL switch enables pre-fader listening, and the mute switch provides quick channel muting. A peak LED indicates signal overloading, and the 60 mm mono channel fader allows seamless level adjustments.
The 2 stereo channels feature 2 balanced ¼" TRS line level inputs each, with a stereo gain control for signal adjustment. The EQ treble and bass controls, along with Aux 1 and Aux 2 controls, provide detailed control over the stereo channels. A balance control positions the stereo channels in the mix, and the 60 mm stereo channel fader allows easy level adjustments.
The mixing console includes 2 balanced ¼" TRS Auxiliary outputs, each with a pre-fader/post-fader switch. It also offers 2 balanced ¼" TRS monitor outputs and 2 unbalanced RCA line level inputs and outputs for recording flexibility. The headphone monitoring option is provided through a stereo ¼" TRS output with a Phones level control.
With 2 balanced XLR outputs for the final left/right mix and 2x 60 mm master faders for adjustment, the MIDAS DM12 ensures a seamless connection to external amplifiers and equipment. The console is equipped with a global 48 Volt phantom power, indicated by a +48V LED, and features LED ladders for visual monitoring of the main mix and soloed channels.
